Human Right Management Charter
Seoul Facillties Corporation declares and pledges human right management to realize the value of people respect by putting people in the first place in all management activities throigh creation urban based services with the citizens at its center.
- First. we adopt the human right management as the first value for respecting the human dignity and value.
- First. we respect and support the international and domestic norms backing up the values like human right, labor, environment and anti-corruption.
- First. we do not discriminate all associated parties including executive members and employees on the ground of race, religion, the disabled, gender, birth place and political opinion.
- First. we build up a safe and comfortable working environment and create a culture of labor-management trust based on mutual respect and consideration.
- First. we do not allow any types of forced labor and child labor while complying with universal human rights of the workers like the freedom of collective bargaining and association.
- First. we respect the human right of related parties including citizens of Seoul City and communicate actively to practice human right management.
- First. we exert our best efforts to ensure the safety of employees and citizens by complying with safety-related laws and regulations.
- First. we strive to build up and protect the urban environment of non-barrier for everybody to easily access and freely enjoy the public facilities we manage.
- First. we recognize and use caution for the social importance on the human right infringement like protecting personal information collected from management activities, bullying in workplace, sexual harassment and secondary victimization, and strive to prevent them in advance and to recover and protect damages in the event of human rights violations.
